About Me
I’ve built professional learning systems, designed schools, led teams, and coached adults and adolescents. My nearly two decades in K–12 education, consulting, and creative media inspire me to design learning experiences that are meaningful, memorable, and impactful. My work is all about collaboration—with students, colleagues, and communities—and a commitment to making learning active, inclusive, and fun.
I’m currently interested in the interplay of motivation, attention, and learning science. Said plainly: how to make learning stick and help people flourish. To that end, the strategies that I most often use are coaching, professional learning communities, digital media production, and evidence-based instructional design.
Key Services
-
I collaborate with teams to create courses and programs from the ground up — blending learning science, organizational design, and creative media to build experiences that are engaging, evidence-based, and built to last.
-
Many programs don’t need to be scrapped. They need to be sharpened. I help organizations reimagine existing courses and initiatives so they capture attention, include more learners, and have a stronger, measureable impact.
-
Tools and strategies only matter if people can make them their own. I lead workshops, learning communities, and coaching cycles that translate the science of learning into everyday practice. Recent work has focused on using AI in instruction, supporting executive function, and applying Universal Design for Learning.
